With over 20 years of experience, I’ve supported children, families, and individuals through seasons of change, challenge, and transformation. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, holistic, and practical.
Growing up, I was what we might now call a highly sensitive child. It took me well into adulthood to understand and embrace this part of myself—but that journey has deeply informed the work I do today. I love working with those who feel big, who sense the emotional undercurrents in a room, and who struggle to know whether the emotions they carry are truly theirs.
In our work together, we’ll explore the full picture—your physical health, past trauma, childhood experiences, and the pressures of daily life. Whether you're feeling disconnected, navigating conflict, or longing for greater clarity, I offer tools and insights that foster lasting change.
It is sacred work to peel back the layers—other people’s perceptions, childhood labels, and societal expectations—to uncover, reclaim, and live as who we were truly created to be. In that space, we find purpose, authenticity, and a deep inner calm. It would be my joy to support you in that discovery.

I’m a wife, mom to two sons (and two fur babies), and originally from Massachusetts. Over the years, I’ve called Pennsylvania, California, and now northeast Tennessee home. We’ve lived here since 2021, and I love the mountain views from the home my husband built—his passion project that’s still a work in progress!
Some of my favorite things? The beach in the off-season, Mexican food, ice cream (and the occasional margarita!), and curling up with a good historical fiction novel. I also nerd out on podcasts about neuroscience and integrative health—it’s a fun way to fuel both my curiosity and my work.
I prefer one-on-one time over big groups, love playing cards and snuggling with my boys, and enjoy helping others with interior design when I can.
I can’t wait to learn more about you!
